The street teacher continued: "Fortunately, the rail transport of basic goods increased from ten percent in 1397 to twenty-five percent last year, but it is still not defensible."
"Production is not possible without the development of infrastructure and logistics, as well as the growth of transportation," he said.
Referring to the country's mineral capacities, the head of the Ministry of Silence emphasized: "Our country's mineral reserves are fifty-three billion tons, and today we have provided exploitation licenses for seven hundred million tons, but only five hundred million tons have been exploited."
He added: "While Iran has one percent of the world's population, its mineral reserves in the world are two percent, and the mine is the only complex that can replace oil revenues."
Emphasizing that the burden of oil sanctions is on the mine, the head of the Ministry of Silence said: "If Iran's economy is a single product, that part will belong to the mine."
He emphasized: "Certainly, five hundred million tons of mineral cargo is not possible only through road transport, and rail transport must also enter the circuit and increase."

He continued: "In my opinion, only the import of three items of goods is allowed, including raw materials, basic goods and parts that are not produced in Iran, and we do not agree with the import of any goods other than them."
