Parliament's two-emergency plan to reorganize the housing market
The spokesman of the Civil Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly announced the preparation of a two-emergency plan to organize the housing market.
According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, Seyed Alborz Hosseini stated that the Civil Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly has discussed some work priorities after the elections of the Board of Directors. Next Sunday, the first session of the commission will be discussed.
He added: "Inflammation of the housing market and rising prices following wrong policies have caused people to be in dire straits." Today, following the wrong policies, some people have looked at housing, which is consumer goods, as capital goods, and the result is an unbridled increase in housing prices.
The representative of Khodabandeh people in the Islamic Consultative Assembly emphasized that the lack of supervision and wrong policies has increased housing prices and rents, which hurt families, and said: Insha'Allah, after reviewing the details of this plan in the Civil Commission, full information will be provided to the media.
Hosseini further referred to the published news that the Civil Commission disagreed with the proposed plan to build units of twenty-five to forty meters for young couples: "So far, there has been no talk about this plan in the Civil Commission and I cannot confirm this news or I deny. Insha'Allah, next week, when the Civil Commission is formed, a two-emergency plan will be prepared, and the Commission will certainly have extraordinary meetings to review the situation in the housing market.
