Referring to the problems of exporters in Iraq and Afghanistan, he said: "Due to the inefficiency of the banking system, it is practically impossible to transfer currency in these two countries in the Nima system, and the use of exchanges in currency transfer is costly for exporters."
Lahouti pointed to other reasons for the non-return of foreign exchange from exports and added: "Part of the currency that has been returned to the country is related to temporary import goods that were imported before the date of 91.1.22 as temporary entry into the country, but because it is still The non-assignment is considered by the central bank as a foreign currency debt.
He added: "Some exporters and production units have also returned their export goods, but these people are still considered as foreign currency debtors."
The head of the Export Confederation of Iran said: "Other reasons for the non-return of foreign exchange from exports include fixed and rental business cards, which are exported by these cards, but the users of these cards do not have foreign existence and practically return the currency to the country." "We have no control over the issuance of business cards," Lahouti said.
"Business card holders can import or export any product," he said. "Business cards must be specialized, and membership in organizations can be effective as verifying and determining the competence of the producer or exporter."
