Suspension of business card in case of non-fulfillment of foreign exchange commitment
In a statement to the export companies, the Trade Development Organization of Iran announced the conditions for suspending the business card in case of non-fulfillment of the foreign exchange commitment.
According to the International Exhibition of Iranian Stone, in implementation of paragraph C of Article 7 of the Instruction on Working Group Monitoring Commercial Behavior and Documented to Letter No. 41693 M / K dated 1399.02.21 of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran Export firms exported as follows.
Holders of a business card (real and legal) who have not yet taken action to fulfill their foreign exchange obligations will have their following suspended:
- Non-productive units from 99.04.07
- Production units from 99.04.31
It is worth mentioning that in case of fulfilling the foreign exchange commitment and submitting the Central Bank's approval, the business cards of the units will be suspended. It applies to the suspension or revocation of a business card.
