Managing Director of the International Exhibitions Company of the Islamic Republic of Iran: Since the outbreak of Corona virus, the country's exhibition industry has lost nearly three thousand and one hundred billion rials.

According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, Bahman Hosseinzadeh added: "Three thousand and three hundred active people in this industry, along with four hundred and fifty pavilion companies, each of which has many employees in its collection, have been affected by the mentioned conditions." The employment of one person for every four and a half to five square meters of space with each exhibition should be added to these statistics.

He pointed to the actions taken by the exhibition joint stock company in the conditions of Corona and said: "By forming a headquarters in this field and by consulting all activists and associations of the exhibition industry, four special protocols were prepared and compiled for visitors, exhibitors, participants and site owners."

Hosseinzadeh pointed to last week's specialized exhibition "Production Leap and Achievements Against Corona", which was held in a space of more than 4,000 square meters in full compliance with the protocols announced by the Ministry of Health, and includes products and goods related to prevention, control and control. Domestic production infection as well as the achievements of knowledge-based companies were presented and exposed to experts.

He pointed out that online registration does not allow public visitors to attend the exhibition and the presence of specialists by inviting companies, dividing people to attend face-to-face meetings (B to B), training security personnel and the Red Crescent stationed at the exhibition. Distribution of disinfectant packages and anti-corona items among participants, movement of people based on pre-designed lines in the exhibition, cancellation of ticket sales at the entrance of the international exhibition, crossing a special tunnel to disinfect people and also specifying a place for journalists' interviews with officials. And the participants are thought of as arrangements.

The CEO of the International Exhibitions Company of the Islamic Republic of Iran reminded: ‌ The mentioned cases and protocols on the company's website, as well as the ambassadors and economic advisors of other countries have been informed.

According to IRNA, due to the equipping of Iran's international exhibition with disinfection devices and corona disease equipment, all exhibitions are scheduled to be held on July 12, observing health protocols.
