Non-acceptance of the Export Guarantee Fund guarantee at the temporary entry of customs
The head of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce's Trade Facilitation Commission announced the non-acceptance of the guarantee of the Export Guarantee Fund of Iran in the field of temporary entry by the customs and said: the currency proposals of the Tehran Chamber should be considered.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Mohammad Lahouti in today's meeting of the Board of Representatives of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, which is currently being held with the presence of the Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, thanked the Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance for paying attention to the proposals of the Chamber of Commerce Tehran said: "Considering the set of currency proposals of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, which was discussed and approved at the recent meeting of the Government-Private Sector Dialogue Council, the Iranian Chamber of Commerce witnessed reactions after that meeting, which seems to be ordered by the Minister of Economic Affairs." The asset should be reviewed as soon as possible so that the legal steps can be taken.
The head of the Trade Facilitation and Export Development Commission of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture added: "These proposals were not agreed upon, but mainly issues related to the settlement of foreign exchange obligations and issues related to determining the base prices of exports were agreed in the Government-Private Sector Dialogue Council." However, the legal process related to it must be carried out in order to be operational, and it should be noted that in the current situation of over 16,000 business cards in the field of exports, the removal of export barriers will help to return more currency.
He added: "In a situation where the country needs export currency, economic activists expect the Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance to prepare the ground for the legal process of these resolutions as soon as possible with the responsibility he has." To run faster.
According to Lahouti, there is currently a problem between the Export Guarantee Fund of Iran and the Customs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, according to which the guarantees of the Export Guarantee Fund of Iran for temporary entry by the Customs are not yet accepted, while when the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund Iran's exports are being offered, customs will not accept it, so we could not solve this problem between devices; Therefore, the request of economic activists is to issue a special order to investigate this issue and extract the reasons for its non-acceptance.
He said: "Solving the problem of accepting the guarantees of the Export Guarantee Fund of Iran by the customs is an important issue that will help the production of export-oriented; While the producer should not be involved in tariff bureaucracy and value-added, although the central bank has not yet announced this year's foreign exchange commitment, we hope that the problem of temporary foreign exchange commitment will be resolved.
