Of course, it seems that due to the fact that the tax law on vacant houses is to be assigned to the units that have been vacant since 2016, the preparation of such contracts can hardly prevent the inclusion of taxation of these units; Of course, this will happen if the real estate and housing system can identify uninhabited units in the last three years; Otherwise, the recent trick of the owners of these units can be effective.
