The parliament enters the abandoned lands of the cities
Tehran MP: These lands and semi-finished buildings are like capital and money that you bury in the basement instead of using.
According to the International Exhibition of Iranian Stone, Iqbal Shakeri stated: In the past years, during my presence, the Tehran City Council has repeatedly left the issue of abandoned lands and semi-finished buildings, and fortunately, there are complete reports and statistics in this area. Abandoned lands and semi-finished buildings are among the country's great capacities and resources in the economic field, which unfortunately have been locked and are not being used properly.
He added that abandoned land and semi-finished buildings such as capital and money should be buried underground instead of used, so it is necessary to organize this sector as an economic necessity of the country.
He added: "Instructions and permits should be amended and implemented in such a way that the housing market becomes more active and landowners are released and operate semi-finished buildings."
The representative of Tehran's people in the parliament stated that the continuation of abandoned lands and semi-finished buildings, in addition to locking resources and capital, causes social damage in the country, adding: abandoned lands and semi-finished buildings in the country, especially Metropolises are part of the country's resources, and these capacities must be activated and injected into the market cycle to mobilize the country's economy.
Shakeri told Mellat House: "Engineers are very effective in organizing semi-finished buildings. Certainly, Maliki should not make a big profit from leaving his house or land, and the 11th Majlis will definitely take this issue seriously."
