Khavazi said that the current policies of the ministry are to continue the previous policies in the resistance economy and to pay attention to the mutation of production in the agricultural sector. Regarding the high price of fruit, he said: Jihad Keshavarzi's programs to help with this issue are the use of young startups in the agricultural sector, and we are trying to create a specific place and class for these startups, and through this we can implement the technical knowledge of food products.

He added: "Eliminating intermediaries that do not add value to the product can help pricing, while weather conditions such as frost affect the price of crops. Therefore, one of the plans of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture is to use startups to supply agricultural products." .

He stressed: "All consumption programs and production and consumption potentials will be reviewed and the results of the surveys will be communicated to farmers so that production in agricultural cultivation can be done based on these notifications." Our current task is to pay attention to production and all products are offered in agricultural fields at reasonable prices. We are aware of the concerns of farmers and consumers, and we hope that with the programs we have, we will be able to alleviate some of these problems.

Regarding the president's order to allocate agricultural land for housing production, he said: "The issue of housing is very important for the people and today it is one of the concerns of all people and one of the devices that can help this issue is agricultural jihad." It should be noted that for this purpose, lands without agricultural value or without water will be allocated in the suburbs, which are non-fertile lands and do not exist in the agricultural class. The ministry will identify these areas and submit them to the Ministry of Housing so that the ministry can solve people's problems by producing housing. Note that fertile agricultural land will not be allocated to this project in any way.

Regarding the conversion industries and export programs, Khavazi said: "One of the important programs in the agricultural sector is to identify agricultural chains and rings, and one of the areas that is bothered by farmers is processing centers and conversion industries, so we decided to provide low-interest loans to these industries." Priority is one of the most important projects of this ministry, and agriculture in the saffron sector, medicinal plants, etc. are the primary priorities. It should be noted that if the investment is ready to cooperate in this regard, we can help them by providing facilities.

Referring to the missing links as the main current problem in the agricultural sector, he said that the most important problem is the market and said: "Our view in the agricultural sector in recent decades has been only to pay attention to production and now we have no choice but to pay attention to the whole chain." Note that the problem in producing some crops, such as onions, is due to farmers' inattention to cultivation notices, whereas if these onion growers acted as a chain, they could see their fruits and benefits throughout the chain. Therefore, our policy should be based on the policy of chain management in agriculture. In this type of agriculture, the chain of production, the required number of greenhouses and the distance of required fields and the number of workers are determined, and the farmer's profit will not only be in the production of the product, but he can receive profit in the whole chain.

Regarding the method of conservation agriculture, the Minister of Jihad for Agriculture said: "This type of method can help protect water in addition to protecting the soil."

Referring to the concerns of consumers about the consumption of chemical fertilizers in agriculture, he said: "It should be noted that the consumption of chemical fertilizers in our country is much lower than other developing countries such as Turkey, so that our consumption is only two liters. European countries spend more than two to three times as much on our consumption, twelve times as much in the Netherlands and five times as much in China, but our problem is with the use of chemical fertilizers, so farmers need to be taught what to do, so there is nothing to worry about. There should be no chemicals in agricultural products for the people.

Regarding his one-year action plan, he said: "Accordingly, we have developed a plan and presented it to the president so that we can guarantee about one million tons of production increase in one year and achieve self-sufficiency in some products such as Korea." In this way, in addition to preventing the outflow of currency, we can also increase exports by about $ 500 million.

Regarding the problems of livestock inputs and presentation by the bazaar system, he said: "In several meetings, the defects of this system have been investigated and we are developing a new system, the name of which may be the same as the bazaar title, and the system will be launched within a week or two." So that livestock inputs do not enter the production cycle mainly in raw form and part of it is provided to the chains. The other part will be given to the heavy industry owners of the poultry sector and the other part will be given to the livestock factories. Based on this, the conversion factor can be helped and it will be much easier to track these products. As soon as the notification is submitted, the plan will be made available to institutions, which will help distribute the entities in this system.
