The head of the Real Estate Advisors Union announced a plan by the Ministry of Roads to set up support funds with tax resources on vacant homes and to hold a meeting with the First Vice President to organize the housing market.

He continued: "It has also been decided to warn the owners of vacant lands - Bayer - in Tehran and other cities to build, if construction is not done in these areas, heavy taxes will be collected from their owners."
The head of the union of real estate consultants stressed that the land belongs to God, noting that at the beginning of the revolution, it was announced that the land was not for anyone.
