Acting Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade: The establishment of stagnant and inactive industrial and mining units in the provinces is one of the main programs of this ministry. Providing the currency needed by the production units is on the agenda.

According to Iran International Stone Exhibition, "Hossein Modarres Khiabani" in a specialized meeting of the ministry's programs with the heads of provincial industry organizations, which was held as a video conference, added: Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade with four macro strategies of production jump Halfway through, export development and import control and market management and regulation are working to achieve the goals of production leaps.

He stressed that with the plans made, the "production jump" will definitely happen this year, noting that for this purpose, four specific programs have been designed by the Ministry of Industry, the most important part of which is the supply of raw materials needed for production.

The street teacher continued: "Now, the supply of raw materials needed by factories is one of the priorities of the ministry, which will be provided from two locations of domestic production and imported raw materials."

According to him, the Trade Development Organization and the Organization for the Development and Renovation of Mines and Mining Industries of Iran (Imidro) are to provide the currency needed for production; At the same time, we are trying to negotiate with the central bank to provide foreign exchange from other sources.

"The mechanisms for distributing raw materials are also being reorganized, and we are trying to get the raw materials from domestic sources into the hands of real producers, and for that purpose, reviewing the optimal quotas is on the agenda," the official added.

He said: "Today, the provincial industry organizations, along with the Ministry's headquarters, are obliged to achieve the goals of the production leap, while the provinces must also move from the demanding role of the headquarters to solve the problems using provincial capacities."

The problems of inactive and stagnant production units in the provinces must be solved

Emphasizing the need to create a role for the provinces in solving the problems of passive and stagnant production units, the street teacher pointed out: Industrial organizations are obliged to have innovative and serious solutions to solve the problems of the units.

He emphasized that there would be no increase in production this year by attracting goods to the domestic market. "Given the economic downturn and declining oil revenues, the goods produced in the form of production jumping projects will definitely not be able to be fully marketed," he said. Domestically be absorbed, so the path of production mutation goes through exports.

Export is a national duty

The head of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade emphasized: "The way to save the country's economy and achieve the goals of production leaps is to increase exports, based on which it should be said that today's exports are a national task and more important than bread."

He added: "This is while some countries around Iran are applying for Iranian goods in the current situation, such as masks and medical equipment, which is in high demand due to the special conditions in the world."

At the same time, the street teacher said: "Iran's Trade Development Organization also has a duty to do the necessary marketing to sell the country's export goods and to widely inform the needs of different countries."

He pointed to the launch of the Export Action Committee in the Trade Development Organization of Iran and noted: "This committee will work with the presence of chambers of commerce, guilds and cooperatives. Season.

The role of border provinces in increasing non-oil exports

Referring to the serious role of border industry organizations in the field of non-oil exports, the official said: "More than sixty percent of the country's exports are to neighboring countries and to boost exports, border provinces must play a serious role;" In particular, solving the country's trade problems at the provincial and border climates is much easier than pursuing them through central governments.

He described the export currency as a source of foreign exchange needs for raw materials in the country's factories and added: "Iran's Trade Development Organization should replace the Ministry of Oil in meeting the country's foreign exchange needs."

The street teacher emphasized: the share of each province in the realization of foreign exchange earnings from exports should be determined and monitored regularly.

Production leaps in less valuable industries

He said that one of the components of the production jump is the development and deepening of domestic production and said: "The production jump needs currency and those industries that are highly dependent on foreign exchange cannot be supported in the current situation of Iran's economy."

The head of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade emphasized that the focus should be on the leap of production towards industries that have the lowest value and the highest percentage of domestic production.

He said: "The most important program in the field of production leaps is to increase domestic production with partners such as Khatam al-Anbia (PBUH), IRGC Air Force, Atomic Energy Organization and knowledge-based companies.

The street teacher pointed out: "At the same time, the tables for domestic production must be held regularly in each of the provinces of the country, and of course, we must advance the demand for domestic production."

He cited the supply of liquidity as one of the Ministry of Industry's main concerns for the leap in production, noting that although there is liquidity in the country, it is not being driven to production.
