The Vice President of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce announced the nine-year suspension of the implementation of a law that was approved in 2011 to support production.
According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, Hossein Salahvarzi, Vice President of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, said: "In previous years, according to the announcement of the implementation of the policies of Article 44, the Business Improvement Law of 1390 was approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly." Article 28 of the law stipulates that the government must pass a mechanism to address the problems of taxpayers and social security insurers within six months, which has not been done for nine years.
He added: "Later, due to the problems of economic enterprises in the fields of insurance, taxation and banking; A proposal was approved by the Cabinet, but again, due to the non-compliance of the executive bodies, the amended law of the headquarters was facilitated to solve the problems by law.
He added: "Devices such as the banking system and the tax system still do not pay attention to this issue and it is still difficult to implement the approvals of the facilitation headquarters."
"The main task of the government is to provide the business environment to motivate production, but due to the lack of requirements and the context in which the law can guarantee implementation, and due to the resistance of the executive apparatus, many decisions and approvals are made," he said. Not implemented.
He added: "In the recent meeting of the headquarters, it was decided that case studies on the cases and problems of production units should be examined at the provincial level, but due to unfavorable business environment and production space, we have not been able to take serious and firm steps in this regard."
