Hariri added: "For example, in the field of exports, the Ministry of Industry, the Supreme Export Council, the Export Development Working Group, the Export Confederation, etc. are discussed." If it is not clear what the output of these institutions was and what is the need to form them.
The head of the Iran-China Chamber of Commerce emphasized: "In the field of non-oil exports, about fifty-five percent of our non-oil exports are based on oil, such as petrochemicals, gas, condensate and petroleum products." So if it weren't for these organizations and institutions, these exports would have continued, and the other part is about 20 percent of the non-oil exports of seven to eight million dollars, which our mines make up and sell raw or less processed. arrives.
Hariri stressed: "Therefore, all the existing institutions and organizations could not do the export work properly, and changing the names of these organizations will not be a solution."
Referring to people with positions in the Foreign Trade Council, he said: "Mr. Zadboom is currently the Deputy Minister and Chairman of the Trade Organization and other people in the National Carpet Center and Export Development Bank." Therefore, if these people want to do their job properly, there is no need to form a new organization.

He added: "Therefore, instead of forming this number of institutions and councils, it is necessary to reduce the number of bureaucracies and allow people to be active." The organization must be at least as small as possible to be asked to work.
The head of the Iran-China Chamber of Commerce continued: The name of the Export Development Organization was changed to the Trade Development Organization in order to achieve the command of the unit in foreign trade. If it is necessary to monitor whether it has been successful or not? If so, then there is no need to form a council or other working group, and if not, the cause and root must be found. Therefore, the formation of new organizations and organizations is not the solution to export development.
