Hassan Sabouri added: "From the note of 18 in 1397 in the country, the amount of one thousand five hundred billion tomans of memorandum of understanding for the renovation of worn-out structures was signed by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and the State Planning and Budget Organization, especially for infrastructure and superstructure services."
