He added: "Several programs have been defined, and we hope that a significant part of them will be operational this year." Therefore, in order to leap in production, programs such as activating 1,500 production units, implementing a national garment development plan in rural areas, empowering five hundred potential subcontractors to link with large industries in ten priority areas, supporting the development of forty clusters. Work is underway to complete ten ongoing clusters, conduct studies to create at least three integrated industrial estates using private sector capacity, redesign small industrial structures using the capacity of manufacturing guilds and build substations, and supply water to industrial towns and areas.

The CEO of the Small Industries and Industrial Towns Organization of Iran emphasized: The wear and tear of machinery is the main reason for the low productivity of industrial units, and if we move towards modernization and upgrading of industrial units, production will have better conditions.
