Hepco reached Imidro
After Hepco's unsuccessful transfer to the private sector twice, the company was acquired by Imidro (Iran's Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization) based on the approval of the Production Facilitation and Elimination Headquarters, along with ownership and management.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Alireza Saleh, head of the Privatization Organization, announced in a letter to the head of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade that he was following the meetings held in March last year in May this year in the presence of the First Vice President. Hepco was held to Idro or Imidro, according to paragraph one of the decisions taken at the meeting of May 7, this year, from June 26 this year, the management of Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Company (Hepco Private Joint Stock Company) and its related companies with all rights related to the application. Ownership is transferred to Imidro in accordance with the provisions of the General Policy Implementation Law, Article 44 of the Constitution, and the relevant laws and regulations.
Hossein Modarres Khayabani has been asked as the head of the Ministry of Silence to take urgent action to order the handover of the company and the appointment of new managers in the implementation of the minutes of the General Assembly.
