Establishment of Hepco Transfer Committee to Imidro
In a special meeting held on the 2nd of June with the presence of the head of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade, it was decided that in addition to forming the Hepco to Imidro Transfer Committee, Government to be sent.

It was decided that the transfer committee would meet regularly with the representatives of the relevant agencies on a weekly basis to review and monitor the banking, insurance and auditing issues related to this transfer.
Due to the requirement of any transfer to the final delivery of the audited financial statements, it was decided to temporarily transfer to Imidro until the completion of the audit process.
It was decided to give the necessary authority to the Organization for Development and Renovation of Mines and Mining Industries of Iran so that this organization can manage Hepco with the tools at its disposal and provide the country's mining sector with the services of this leading company.
Hepco's re-launch project and boom production project manager was selected.
Based on the decisions taken, it was decided to ban all registration of orders and sales of all imported products in the range of Hepco products and to request a halt to the implementation of the decision of the Cabinet to import second-hand machinery for legal purposes.
In order to provide the required liquidity of Hepco, it was decided to make the necessary follow-ups to allocate 100 billion Tomans of Rial resources through the banking system and $ 100 million of foreign exchange resources through Imidro to meet the foreign exchange needs of importing parts and machinery required by this company.
It was decided that all units covered by Imidro would carry out their service and repair operations through HEPCO.
Hepco's withdrawal request should be submitted to the Cabinet, including the transfer.
Obtaining the necessary permits to leave the tender for the sale of Hepco services should be obtained from the relevant authorities.
It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade, in full coordination with its government and the Privatization Organization, will make every effort to successfully transfer Hepco to Imidro so that we can witness the prosperity of this production unit and solve related labor problems.
