Construction of a private industrial town in Mahallat city
The central governor agreed to build a private industrial town in the city of Mahallat next to the state industrial town of Sadriyah.
According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, Seyed Ali Aghazadeh stated today, May 21, in the working group of infrastructure and urban planning affairs of Markazi province regarding the establishment of industries in some industrial towns such as Sadriyah industrial town of Mahallat city: The province's state-owned industrial enterprises have more poor environmental performance in terms of waste and wastewater management than private industrial estates and private production units, and there are currently many ambiguities about the establishment of industries such as stone industry in the city of Mahallat.
He added: "If there is to be a change in the leap and prosperity of production and efforts to produce jobs and investment, sometimes we have to work harder."
Referring to the transfer of scattered lands in the cities, Aghazadeh said: "If the lands are handed over in scattered form and outside the industrial estates, comprehensiveness and delivery of services in these economic activities will definitely not be in the right framework and will definitely be in the future." It will be problematic, in addition to the need to qualify for the transfer of state lands to investors.
The central governor added: "In this meeting, the general construction of a private industrial town in Mahallat city will be approved. While establishing two industrial units for producing paper from stone in this town, it will be possible to establish other industries along with all services." Within the next two months, a settlement plan should be prepared. Otherwise, due to the receipt of a license and the establishment permit by these two industrial units for the production of paper from stone, the lands outside the Sadriyeh state industrial town will be handed over to them.
According to the report, the Central Governor's Deputy for Coordination of Civil Affairs, referring to the ongoing plan to reorganize Sadrieh Industrial Park in Mahallat, said: "Currently, this industrial park lacks a mosque, service unit, green space and fire department, and based on these shortcomings." The issue of organizing the town was raised.
Mehdi Mehdi Zandieh Vakili, pointing out that this town has the most expensive land price among the industrial towns of the province and its price per meter reaches one million Tomans, added: "Certainly, the necessary services should be provided in a town with such a price."
In this meeting, the director general of the technical office of the central governorate also stated that areas such as Mahallat city, Delijan city and Nimur city are prone to investment because the necessary infrastructure and mineral inputs are provided in these areas and are welcomed by investors. In fact, the working group has the mission of organizing and organizing the industries, and the economic dimension of the issues should not be considered only. It is necessary to organize activities in order to organize the region and prepare an organization plan, accordingly, the preparation of the plan was entrusted to the province's settlements company.
Hamidreza Nawazani stated: "Currently, the situation of mines and industries in Mahallat city is not good in terms of natural preparation, and if an agreement on land allocation outside industrial estates is agreed, this method will be opened." In fact, serious attention should be paid to the planning tasks, but the cases of land grabbing, which are done with astronomical numbers, should also be considered, because Sadrieh is one of the most expensive industrial towns in the province.
