Part of the Rial resources required for the project will be provided to the applicants through the banking network in the form of sixty-month facilities, which will bring cash to the applicants in the registration stage of 20% of the car value.

"The issue of importing used second-hand trucks, which is on the agenda these days, is not in the scope of Idro's work and the commercial fleet modernization plan," he said.

The Roads and Transportation Organization, in line with its diverse activities to modernize the country's cargo fleet and use all the legal capacities set forth in the permanent development rules, intends to accelerate the modernization process and pursuant to Article 30 of the Third Plan. The official continued: "In the first phase, the use of these facilities was foreseen for 5,000 vehicles, but in the next 18,000 planned vehicles, the work was stopped due to sanctions."
