The head of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade announced the agreement of the Central Bank with the import of raw materials from the production sector without transferring currency and said: with the coordination and supervision of the Central Bank, import of raw materials from manufacturing factories It will be possible.

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Hossein Modarres Khiabani said in today's meeting of the Production Protection Camp: "This year, the concept of attention to production, which crystallized in naming this year with the slogan" Production leap ", is very different from previous years and the Supreme Leader They have paid special attention to the field of production, especially given the sanctions and restrictions that some countries have imposed on Iran's economy, and have called for a jump in production this year.

Referring to the Supreme Leader's ingenuity in defining this year's slogan as "Production Leap", he added: "This year's naming as" Production Leap "was made by the Supreme Leader in a situation where the enemies have tried to make a living. Target people and employment and harm the country from there; However, the prevalence of coronavirus as an unforeseen factor has been added to the country's restrictions; But it is precisely in these difficult circumstances that the real leap has been made in the production of some medical items and equipment.

The way to achieve production leaps is through exports

Emphasizing that the way to achieve the goals of the production jump is to export, the street teacher clarified: "Given the set of economic problems facing Iran, almost no increase in demand in the domestic market can be imagined, and even the most optimistic economists." It is believed that domestic demand cakes cannot be grown in the current situation; While production without demand does not continue in the right direction; So the main path of production jump is through exports.

He said: "The Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade believes that in order to export, a completely so-called green route should be considered so that exporters can move without any restrictions and challenges and export goods make their way to foreign markets." Open; But on the other side of the road is foreign trade, the import route is completely rocky and facing multiple red lights, and on this route, only one special line for the passage of raw materials, equipment and machinery needed for production must be considered.

Import management is a serious agenda in the year of the production jump

"Import management in the year of the production leap is one of the serious agendas of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade. In addition to the implementation of related policies by the Ministry, some environmental conditions, including exchange rates and restrictions, have led to imports to Naturally encounter a decline.

He said: "Import bans were applied in the first phase for 1,600 items by the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade, and in the new phase, for another 50 rows of tariffs, the import ban is considered; At the same time, we will severely block the import of goods with similar domestic production, and in this direction, no blindfold is allowed.

Saying that some currency conditions and restrictions have become a barrier to imports, the street teacher said: "The import route must be exported; This means that the bulk of imports must be made for goods that have exported production and can themselves be self-sufficient in exchange for the use of imported currency. Therefore, the conditions for imports should be facilitated only in a space that maintains the employment of the country and moves production; Otherwise, the import route for luxury goods, unnecessary and similar to domestic production, must be rocky.

He added: "Export development, import ban and attention to domestic production are among the main pillars of the production leap camp; At the same time, the jump in production should have a small targeting, and in proportion to the country's manufacturing sectors, we should have programs with quantitative and qualitative targeting; At the same time, the specialized departments should request all their subdivisions to develop quantitative and qualitative programs with provincial cuts.

The street teacher continued: "The Supreme Leader has announced a national task by naming the year" Production Leap "and it is the duty of the people to implement their menus, and all provinces must be involved."

Emphasizing that import management and control is one of the country's priorities in the current critical situation, the street teacher said: "We explicitly state that goods with similar domestic and those unnecessary and luxury items will not be allowed to be imported at all."

Emphasizing the need to maintain the status quo in the first step and implement the policy of production mutation in the next step, he noted: provincial cuts to achieve production mutation should be developed in four pillars of industrial production, mineral production, export and import, and each has low goals. Be; At the same time, imports should be carried out in such a way that they are covered only for the country's priorities, including the import of basic goods, raw materials required by factories, as well as parts and equipment required for production.

The head of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade said that little targeting should be done to implement domestic construction policies, deepen domestic construction and domestic manufacturing goods, and report on it on a weekly basis; He said: the parts that have the highest value in the country's industries and in return, the country has the greatest need for them, should be built inside the country.

"It's not just about the value of a product, it's about the quality of the interior, and a small piece may not be very expensive, but it's very important for production," he said.

He described the situation of the country's commodity reserves as favorable and emphasized: the warehouses where the goods are stored are full and there is no problem in providing the needs of the people.
