They come together in one place.

On the other hand, the enterprise model to the customer is more used in retail affairs. This type of business has increased with the expansion of cyberspace and has reached its peak in crisis situations such as the current corona situation.

But the question is why businessmen and business owners are turning to e-commerce. In response, increasing customer base across the country and for international companies from around the world can have access at all hours and on all days of the year has led to increased sales and expansion of business.

In the meantime, the simplification of periodic payments and the existence of immediate transactions that lead to high-speed money transfers to the merchant's account are other reasons for the increase in e-commerce use by traders and merchants, as well as business owners. Although e-commerce provides many opportunities for business owners, there are also challenges and threats for them; Among these challenges are cyber insecurity and hacker attacks, which will require more funding for e-commerce infrastructure.

Post-sales referral and related issues are other challenges for business owners; Therefore, business owners are required to maintain their e-commerce mechanisms consistently; So that with the growth and change of technology, they can update their systems.

Although e-commerce has facilitated business relations in Iran, technological changes, the emergence of cryptocurrencies, payments and electronic tools, the use of cloud spaces, the power and speed of banks and credit institutions to adapt to electronic payments, the speed of implementation of policymakers and regulators And the process of obtaining an e-business license has posed serious challenges for Iranian businessmen and business owners in the field of competition to update and maintain e-commerce.
