The street teacher was appointed head of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade
The president issued a decree appointing Hossein Modarres Khayabani as head of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade.
According to the International Exhibition of Iranian Stone, the text of Dr. Hassan Rouhani's verdict is as follows:

Dear Mr. Hossein Modarres Khayabani
Pursuant to Article One Hundred and Thirty-five of the Constitution, and with due regard to your valuable commitment and managerial background in the field of industry and commerce, I hereby appoint His Excellency to the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade.
It expects the need to pay special attention to the leap of production, which in the face of oppressive sanctions will improve national authority and dignity, while increasing coordination within the organization and effective interaction with relevant agencies, both public and private, and spend all your time and energy. Take advantage of the capacity of your colleagues and the opinions of experts to manage the market and supply basic goods, organize car prices, remove barriers to production and deepen domestic production, help develop non-oil exports and improve the business environment.
I wish you success in serving the honorable people of Iran and the holy system of the Islamic Republic, in accordance with the principles of rule of law, moderation and the moral charter of the government of prudence and hope from God Almighty.
