According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, the signing ceremony of the land transfer contract to start the preparation and construction of the fourth phase of Pardis Science and Technology Park was attended by Sorena Sattari, Vice President for Science and Technology, and Habibollah Taherkhani, Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development. According to this contract, seven plots of land with an area of about 30 hectares located in phase six of the new campus cities will be handed over to this department for the construction of Science and Technology Park. In the meantime, the buyer is obliged to prepare a comprehensive land plan and obtain a construction permit from the municipality within the next six months, while preparing for the operation as soon as possible.
It is worth mentioning that in this contract, the buyer is obliged to use the mentioned lands only for the construction of Science and Technology Park and does not have the right to change the use.
The Vice President for Science and Technology, while emphasizing the completion of the preparation of phases three and four of the park until the end of the government, said: "The new city of Pardis should not be considered as a dormitory city for the metropolis of Tehran, this city should be an example." According to him, the completion and full operation of the phases of the Science and Technology Park has made the new city of Pardis flourish and can be effective in this field.
Taherkhani, while pointing to the emphasis of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development on the process of following the construction process and the necessary cooperation for the construction of the Science and Technology Park of the new campus, said: "Fortunately, all the provisions of the memorandum of understanding for the construction of this park are being followed Only in the current situation and the prevalence of coronary heart disease, some decision-making sessions, including the meetings of the provincial working group and the provincial planning and development council, have been disrupted, which are being followed up.
The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development considered the Pardis Science and Technology Park complex as a strategic partner in the development of the new city of Pardis and added: "Undoubtedly, any kind of action and assistance provided by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to move forward as soon as possible." The official said that simultaneous attention to employment and living in new cities is one of the main goals of this field and said: these cities should be out of the dormitory and be active in both sectors, which fortunately the Science and Technology Park complex with the establishment of activities. Regarding the Pardis New City Metro project, the CEO of the New Cities Development Company said: "According to the contract signed with Khatam Camp, the construction of the Pardis-Tehran metro will begin soon and will provide accessibility to this new city to Tehran."
In the end, he noted: The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, as one of the founders of the Science and Technology Park in the new city of Pardis, has not refrained from taking any necessary steps to succeed and expand this park and feels responsible for this project.
