He pointed to the national housing plan and added: "So far, the construction of two hundred and thirty thousand units of this plan has begun." A memorandum of understanding has been signed with the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Cooperatives, Welfare and Social Affairs.
