Axis audit of the lives of the country's producers
An economic expert: Audit-driven and value-added audits have been a disaster for the country's producers. Payment of contract premiums has put additional pressure on manufacturers so far that it has become one of the major barriers to production.
Hamid Behzadi, an economist, said that paying attention to production in the country will increase employment, adding that producers face serious obstacles, including discussions related to social security insurance and taxation. Is.
He said: "Basically, social security insurance is created to provide comfort for the insured and it is like a piggy bank where people pour money and use it after retirement."
Behzadi said: the government has exempted some jobs from paying insurance premiums and is paying for them, but at present these premiums have not been paid and the Social Security Organization owes about one hundred thousand billion tomans to the government.
The economist continued: "This government debt has put pressure on the Social Security Organization and the organization seeks to balance its input and output by other methods, one of these methods is to receive contract premiums, payment of this type. Premiums are clearly a kind of pickpocketing.
He added: "Payment of insurance premiums for contracts has put additional pressure on producers so far that one of the serious obstacles has been produced and has caused workers not to be insured in some manufacturing jobs."
Behzadi Bakhsh said that the government's intervention in the Social Security Organization should be minimized, adding that the government should eliminate insurance exemptions and pay its debts to the social organization.
He continued: "On the other hand, the Social Security Organization has large economic holdings under its control, which have suffered losses due to inefficient management, and this is a burden on the Social Security Organization, which results in pressure on the insured."
The economist added: "Taxation is the second obstacle to the leap of production, so that auditing and value added have become the scourge of the country's producers." Unfortunately, there is no strict system of tax collection, so that most taxes are levied on producers with the tools of Ali Al-Ras tax, but in 2015, such a tax was supposed to be abolished, which has never been done before.
Behzadi added: "Due to the lack of sufficient tools for the tax organization, the comprehensive tax law has not been implemented yet, VAT has put a lot of pressure on the producer and this case also needs to be reformed."
The economist concluded: "In order to solve the problem of VAT, the flow of money and goods in the country must be transparent, it must be sold to mechanized funds, and banks must help in this matter, so that this problem is a serious obstacle to production." Is, fix.
