Deputy Minister of Mines of the Kurdistan Industry, Mining and Trade Organization: Let's not forget that the exploration phase is a very important step and the private sector cannot enter it easily, so we expect the government to pay for its growth. In the meantime, the government should pay to the responsible agencies such as the Budget Geological Survey and provide them with more support.

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, given that the exploration at the surface is over and everything on the surface is either in operation or nearing completion, we need to move towards deep exploration.

This has been the focus of development for years, and we need to pay attention to it. While to date the average depth of exploration in our country is half a meter, in other countries it has reached 5,000 meters.

Since most deep mines include iron ore, copper, and gold, it is worthwhile to go deep into the earth and expand exploration. If it is not seen in the mining area, there is no reason to say that it is not worth mining there, because there may be valuable materials in the depths of the same area.

Given that the country's need today is to increase production, increasing exploration can help economic growth. Why we haven't gone this far should be seen in the weak sense of need and foresight. If we pay attention to the fact that they end one day before the end of natural resources, we must look for alternatives.

We don't have to worry anymore. Let's not forget that the exploration phase is a very important step, and the private sector cannot easily enter it, so we expect the government to pay for its growth. In the meantime, the government should pay to the responsible agencies such as the Budget Geological Survey and provide them with more support.
