The capacity of the mine is potential
Mining expert: Challenges must be considered to grow the mine's position. In this process, we must see what rank we have in the export of minerals, and what percentage of the global market depends on Iran's mineral production. In this regard, the role of the government, parliament and government institutions is important.
According to the International Exhibition of Iranian Stone, we have not made much use of the existing mining capacities in the country for economic growth and development, while we have sixty-eight types of minerals and are ranked twelfth in the world.
Although the mine has a high capacity in our country and everything that exists in the world can be found in Iran, we have not been able to achieve a good situation in this area and help the development of the economy.
Challenges must be considered to grow the mine. In this process, we must see what rank we have in the export of minerals, and what percentage of the global market depends on Iran's mineral production. In this regard, the role of the government, parliament and government institutions is important.
Another issue in examining the weakness of the mine's position in economic growth and development can be seen in the weak culture of long-term investment. Unfortunately, the private sector is only looking for quick-return investments, does not accept the risk required for long-term investment, and diverts its wandering capital to the housing, currency and coin markets.
Of course, one of the reasons for this is the weak stability and security of investment in the country, which has led to investment in currency and coins, and less in mining and mining. Another disaster that has hit the country's economy and hit the growth of the mining sector is private companies.
These companies have played a negative role in the economy so far. Wherever it is in their interest, they present themselves as public and where it is detrimental to themselves as private. Also, in many of these companies, retirees are still active and receive astronomical salaries, so there is no opportunity for young workers. Thus, we must try to realize the potential of the mine, and then see economic growth and development in the country.
