Sending ten business advisors to ten important export markets
Deputy Minister of Market Export Development at the Trade Development Organization: This year we will send at least ten advisors to the country's top ten export markets, including Russia, Turkey, Iraqi Kurdistan, Oman, China, India, Afghanistan and Armenia.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Massoud Kamali Ardakani, Deputy Minister of Market Export Development at the Trade Development Organization, said: "In some periods, we had twenty-five Iranian consultants in the world, but now the number of these consultants has decreased to five."
The Deputy Minister of Market Export Development of the Trade Development Organization stated that the main reason for the decrease in Iran's trade consultants in the world is budget problems and financial resources and added: "Consultants who had a history abroad are currently stationed in the Trade Development Organization." They also provide advice to businessmen and economic activists on market knowledge.
He continued: "Our former advisors, who are based in the Trade Development Organization, are responsible as the secretary of the table of different countries, and they are also in contact with companies, and they are introducing markets and providing advice." In fact, these advisers may not be present in the target countries right now, but their activities continue.
Kamali Ardakani said: "Although the physical presence of business consultants in the target countries is much more effective, but their history and good knowledge of the market and how to market will definitely help us a lot."
"We have not lost the capability and capacity created by business consultants in target countries," he said. "The role of a business consultant is a facilitation role, and their activities will not necessarily lead to results in the same year." Their presence in the target countries will definitely lead to an increase in export capacity.
"This year, we expect to export at least ten advisors to the country's top ten export markets, including Russia, Turkey, Iraqi Kurdistan, Oman, China, India, Afghanistan and Armenia," the official said.
Kamali Ardakani mentioned business consultants in the year of "production jump" as the country's economic watchdogs and said: "Business consultants are one of the most important tools for introducing Iranian export products to markets and reflecting the needs of different markets for Iranian products."
Deputy Minister of Market Export Development also mentioned the empowerment of domestic production as one of the results and goals of the ban on importing goods and said: "Our country's production and industrial sector has come to life in the last two years and today the Corona outbreak has revived some untapped potential .
In the end, Kamali Ardakani called it necessary to meet domestic needs and export needs, especially neighboring markets in the year of "production leap" and said: "We will increase the share of neighboring markets in our country's exports this year, and this is where the role of trade advisor in identifying Markets are determined.
