One hundred and forty-three small-scale mines were restored
According to the executive director and secretary of the Coordination Council for the Restoration, Activation and Development of Small Scale Mines, by the end of February this year, one hundred and forty-three small scale mines have been restored.

Eighty-one mines, clinical action and solutions have been provided and one hundred and forty-three mines have been restored. He noted that the mines are located in about twenty provinces of the country and noted: These mines are in Fars, Mazandaran, Kohkiluyeh and Boyerahmad provinces, Isfahan, West Azerbaijan, Khorasan Razavi, North Khorasan and Hamadan. Other provinces include Qazvin, Gilan, Ilam, Alborz, Bushehr, Qom, Sistan and Baluchestan, South Khorasan, Hormozgan, Kerman and South Kerman, Zanjan and Markazi.
Azimi said there would be 342 million metric tons of production capacity if the mines were activated. Restoration of metal mines has been a top priority because of its impact on employment.
He introduced financing, infrastructure, processing, technical and technical assistance as one of the most important problems of mine activists and stated: "Defining projects to solve problems in the field of infrastructure is on the agenda."
