The machines that enter Iran are costly because they are not manufactured domestically and also because of increased customs and administrative costs. A bulldozer or loader enters the country at several times the original rate, thus raising the cost of mining machinery, making mining difficult.

According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, upgrading the mines requires up-to-date machinery and is equipped with new technologies. The key to the mine's growth is the use of advanced machinery and equipment, but rising exchange rates, depreciating rials, and sanctions have made it difficult for many miners in the country to supply parts and machinery.

Creativity and Initiative of Mine Growth

Jamshid Malar Rehman, Managing Director of Golgohar Sirjan Mining and Industrial Company, said that no one would agree to increase the price of mining machinery and equipment.

Managing Director of Golgohar Sirjan Mining and Industrial Company about the causes of mining machinery in the country said: Various factors can cause mining parts and machinery to be expensive, but one of the most important causes of any commodity is the supply and demand equation. As demand rises and supply declines, we face a surge.

Referring to Golgohar's capabilities, Malar Rehman said: "Some people say that mines may be closed because of the expensive machinery. Fortunately, the mines in our country are developing, so they cannot be closed. For example, this year Golgohar Sirjan Mining and Industrial Company has a record in all production areas including concentrate, pellet and sponge iron. It has also taken positive steps in investment and development plans.

He added: "If we have the creativity and initiative we can go in the direction of production and development under any circumstances. Therefore, although any price impacts on the expense rate, the mineral complexes must have the necessary measures in order to be able to manage the situation appropriately and not stop production.

"The most important need for production and development in the mining sector, especially in the mining sector, is having the highest quality mining machinery," he said of the importance of upgrading mining machinery.

As we know, if mining machinery is expensive, it will naturally affect the finished rate and ultimately increase the production rate.

Director of Golgohar Mining and Industrial Co. Sirjan stated at the end: The productivity of existing machinery and facilities, the use of expert and technical force, the precision in the maintenance of machinery and the localization of the required parts are the things to be considered.

I believe that the internal technological capability is so large that we can cover most of our needs using reverse engineering.

We have to keep pace with the world

Omid Moghadvari, chairman of the board of directors of Gahroush Co., referring to the high cost of mineral machinery in the country, said that the machinery that enters Iran is costly because it is not produced domestically and also because of the high cost of customs and administrative expenses.

The bulldozer or loader enters the country at several times the original rate, as a result of rising exchange rates and the devaluation of the rial, the miner said, adding that the mining rate has been hampered by mining. It has to use traditional and traditional devices and as a result it has many problems. For example, a machine that has been in operation for twenty years now has the problem of supplying spare parts and incurring high costs for the miner. As a result, the miners are having problems both in supplying new machinery and in supplying parts.

"The mining machinery is the first tool of the miner's hand, so it must be adapted to make it easy for the miner," he said. As we know, the old ways are no longer working and we have to adapt ourselves to the world.

He emphasized: "Let's not forget that once the costs of machinery increase, mining is no longer just mining." Cost of a bulldozer to reach one billion tomans continues to be a problem for miners.
