The banks did not break the knot of production
Stoneware of banks along the way of production and taxes disproportionate to production volume are among the concerns of South Khorasan producers.
According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, when a producer in the border province of South Khorasan puts his capital in the service of production and desires more favorable conditions in other provinces, that is, he literally burns the land for this corner of Iran.
That is, he wants to be a mercenary of unemployment in the border regions in a situation where the enemy is targeting us with a boycott, but how much support is there for him as a soldier in the economic war?
The presence of the Chief Justice of South Khorasan Justice in the production units of Birjand was a good opportunity to sit down with these producers and hear their grievances and demands from the authorities.
Banks themselves have become a problem
Mehdi Sajid, a South Khorasan producer who produces a ceiling block in his production unit, said: "The main problem in banks is production, which has been a problem rather than a boom in business and production."
He said: For example, sometimes under the conditions of a bank, it takes from him what is equal to the obligation of the data producer to do so, which would have a fatal blow to the production unit.
"For example, I borrowed $ 700 million from my bank a few years ago for a production unit, and I have had over three billion repayments so far, but our work with the bank is not over yet," Sajid said.
The Birjandi manufacturer recalled: Since I am famously on the Blacklist, or blacklisted by banks, I haven't received anything from the production boom so far, but I still keep the production light on.
Taxes that have been cut
Mahmoud Yousefi, another South Khorasan producer who also exports his products to some countries, said: According to legal procedures, about 25% of the net profit of the production unit should be paid for taxes, which is a burden on the producer.
He added: Unfortunately, many of the old units of Birjand industrial town and some of the other southern Khorasan settlements are not subject to tax exemptions.
However, despite all these conditions, banks are very instrumental in facilitating or hampering the production boom, said the young and energetic Khorasan-based producer.
Eighteen percent interest on loans for production!
Yousefi said, for example, at the moment, I am requesting a loan of four billion tomans for my production unit, which, according to the bank, is 18% based on banking rules and regulations. Gave.
He pointed out that he had never had a problem selling his products: Of course, only about five percent of my products are sold in South Khorasan, and I would like to see this increase.
Ali Hajizadeh, one of the other economic activists and producers in Birjandi, who works in the field of producing led lights, stated: One of our main problems is that the approvals of the task force are not implemented in South Khorasan.
The devices do not enforce the manufacturing barrier workforce approvals
He said: For example, there is a workgroup's resolution to fix the problem, but the apparatus explicitly states that it is not required.
"With all these conditions, we never want to inject frustration into the field of production, and we always look to the future with a clear vision," the South Khorasan producer said.
Yahya Hosseini, who works in the wire industry, also pointed to some of the production problems in south Khorasan: "My main problem right now is the liquidity and the lack of working capital needed to operate."
He said: "Of course, with the pursuit of the Governor of the South of Khorasan, I am going to be given a loan of six hundred million, which would then enable 30% of my unit to be active."
The South Khorasan producer, pointing out that he is currently working on an order-based basis, said: "I need 2 billion USD for my production unit to operate at full capacity."
Hojatoleslam Hamidi, the head of the Khorasan-e-Khorasan judiciary, also pointed out that the producers of Khorasan-e-Khorasan continued to keep the light on production despite all the difficulties and difficulties.
A court order should not result in the closure of a production unit
Emphasizing that no judicial ruling should lead to the closure of a production unit, he said: "Of course, there will be a limited number of abuses in the name of production, which is very rare in our province."
The Chief Justice of Khorasan-e-Jawani stated: Production unit problems are divided into several categories of management problems, problems with banks and problems with some devices such as insurance and tax.
Hamidi pointed out that some of the problems were caused by enemy sanctions. Of course, the opening of the nodes created by banks and other machines for production is open to our own responsibility.
In any case, nothing is left until the end of the year, and these days it is a good opportunity to scrutinize how essential this slogan has become for the country. Have the executive agencies and agencies taken a step in this regard or have the letterheads of this year just been named in this year's letterhead?
