Some of the capital is in a God-given country, but we have other capital that includes a young and efficient force that needs to be recognized. He stressed: "In economic prosperity we should not look at others, we should not look at foreigners and abroad to untie the economy and we should not condition the economy waiting for foreigners to smile." Our economy must interact with the world. We also engage in politics with the world apart from the countries that are hostile to us. In economics, we should not wait for the smile and action of others. We should not condition the economy and let others decide for us. In another part of his speech, the head of the judiciary said that the next thing that is most important is the attractiveness of investment. He said that instead of investing in speculative work, there should be investment in productive and economic work. This also requires planning in different areas.

He added: "Another problem in the economic arena is unnecessary imports. Unnecessary imports worry the producers. The smuggling of goods also motivates entrepreneurs.

"No investor or economic activist is ready to bribe," said Raisi, complaining about the existence of an administrative bureaucracy. What makes the capitalist go to pay bribes is the bureaucracy. . People complain about corruption and unhealthy administrative relationships, bribery and rent payments. Raisi emphasized: I call on economic elites, economic activists and academics to problematize in this area. The head of the judiciary said that today our country is engaged in economic, media and psychological warfare.
