Mines tax
Miner: Unfortunately, the tax agency also charges taxes from Depot, while having to pay taxes when the miners have sales.
According to Iran's International Stone Exhibition, the miners still have to be held accountable, despite the fact that the miners tell the Ministry of Finance that they did not have a sale to pay. Our least expectation from the authorities is that they should be taxed. Although the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Commerce enters from the moment of exploration to the production of mining activity and has full information about the miners, they do not have sufficient information on our sales, so the Ministry of Finance has insufficient information on the amount of our sales based on data from the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Mines. Business expects us to pay a great deal as tax.
Unfortunately, the tax agency also charges taxes from Depot, while having to pay taxes when the miners have sales. Their argument is that the miners must prove that they did not sell, while legally the principle must be upheld. If something is to prove, the tax agency must prove, not the miners.
Unfortunately, the Mining Board does not normally take the miner. The arbitrator and the judge who decides on the Finance Ministry Dispute Resolution Board is itself a party to the dispute. When the judge himself is in the dispute, he votes in his favor. As a solution, I suggest inviting the Minority Bodies, the Engineering System Organization, the Mining House, and even the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Commerce to resolve the conflict outside the financial forces. In fact, those who are proficient in mining and familiar with the rules should attend such meetings to minimize the problem of miners.
