Deputy Minister of Industry, Mining and Commerce named South Khorasan as the fourth mineral province of the country and added: This year new exploration projects were added to the province's mineral zones because the consortium Pai and Imidro have begun good exploration in the province after mineral exploration. The name of the province will increase.

He also stated that the mineral reserves would go towards investment, mining development and mining industries. He also studied the way of access to Shahkouh mines by traveling and following the governor.

Gharibpour said that the supply of electricity to Shahkouh mines is estimated at 200 and 70 billion tomans, which will be done in partnership with the governor in coordination with the Ministry of Energy, the province's cooperation and with the focus of Imidro Company.

We keep the promises we make

"Our policy at Imidro is to live up to the promises we make, so Imidro's capacity is estimated and we are committed to it, so we will carry out the electricity project for these mines," he said.

The head of the Executive Committee of Iran Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization stated another of Imidro's commitments to finance Qainat steel and said: Qainat steel is the largest mining project in South Khorasan province that we promised in the previous trip to provide all the necessary funds for this project. That was provided.

"Today, we pledge 300 billion tomans to complete the project. Also, the steel company pledged to complete the project next spring."

Gharibpour said: One of the reasons for the delays in the steelmaking project, sanctions and related issues, such as foreign financiers, imported equipment and the like, have caused intermittent scheduling that will be offset.

He said the governor and the judiciary had good cooperation on issues related to the project, which led to internal issues being resolved and external issues including financing and equipment being resolved.

Deputy Minister of Industry, Mining and Commerce announced the construction of the first rescue base in Tabas, saying that the city has high mineral reserves, including seventy-five percent of the country's coal, so the base will be built with very good equipment in the area.

Supply of mines is on the agenda

He also said that a meeting with the Deputy Minister of Energy will be held and a quadripartite agreement will be signed.

Gharibpour said: This very important project, which covers gold mines and ornamental stones, will be one of the largest mineral infrastructure projects in the country, which will be completed after studies.

Imidro will also invest 10 billion toman in the next year, he said, referring to the implementation of the electricity project for small mines in the province.

The head of the executive committee of the Organization for Development and Renovation of Mines and Minerals of Iran (Imidro) said that South Khorasan province has proposed the construction of two lime and ferrosilice processing units, which will be followed by a call for investment.

He noted: Four hundred and twenty-five billion tomans for the equipment of the Qayat steel plant so far, and this year a total of seven hundred and twenty-five billion tomans has been spent on this important project in the province.

Gharibpour said Imidro has so far spent seven billion toman on Tabas mine safety equipment and 40 billion toman on the eighty-five thousand kilometers mine exploration project in the province.

He said: One of the key policies of Imidro is two-dimensional exploration and creation of infrastructure because we believe that the organization should prioritize two discovery principles for mineral and infrastructure identification that have been properly addressed in the province.

The province's needs are met in both exploration and infrastructure

Deputy Minister of Industry, Mining and Trade continued: We promise the people of South Khorasan province to meet the needs of the province in these two areas and we need the province's cooperation.

He expressed his hope that the mineral capacity of South Khorasan province, which is still part of this capacity, is expected to flourish in the future.

The head of the executive committee of the Organization for the Development and Renovation of Mines and Minerals of Iran pointed to the increase of coal reserves in the province from two million tons to five million tons and said the increase is based on the ministry's document.

He said that we will benefit from the scientific capacity of the province in the field of exploration and other fields. He said: Exploration studies have been done at 50% level and now we are ready to provide any amount of province area we will do studies and exploration. Gave.

He noted: Imidro is interested in other minerals, especially non-metallic minerals, especially precious and semi-precious and decorative stones.

Deputy Minister of Industry, Mining and Commerce said: "We are now compiling a comprehensive document for precious and semi-precious stones to create some kind of export paths because one of the problems is the export of precious stones."
