Amend the VAT law
Deputy Governor of Tehran: I told some delegates that half of you would not qualify, so please do something for the people and amend the VAT law.

He added: In 1346, the Cabinet of Ministers approved that no industry or new factory should be built within a hundred and twenty kilometers of Tehran, but since then, the country's industries have grown more than 30 times and this law has not prevented it. It is, however, a huge burden on manufacturers.
Emami Amin, the head of the environmental agency, agrees to lift the restrictions on industrial settlements, and a letter has been sent to the organization, but some experts in the organization have strongly opposed it, saying that we are consulting on ambiguities.
He said: We have seventy two thousand and seventy two thousand factories in Tehran province of which thirty-five thousand in capacity, but have failed to become a factory due to this law and must be purchased from the raw materials market. Because they have trade licenses, while they have to buy stocks and raw materials competitively.
The deputy governor of Tehran said: "We have been trying for a long time to hold a joint meeting with the Minister of Industry, the head of Tehran's environmental organization and the governor of Tehran to discuss the issues facing production, but this has not been possible yet."
Emami Amin said the VAT law is a very progressive and good law and that everyone who consumes more should pay more tax, but in our country this law has been enforced, meaning the tax law Value added is essentially a consumer tax law, but we failed to build the infrastructure, so we climbed the short wall of manufacturers.
He added: "We have been following for four years, a bill is in parliament and they are not willing to spend their time and money to amend the law, while the last time we spoke in parliament was the analysis of friends, if this law It becomes a tax on consumption, people get upset and we have elections ahead and we have to vote for the people. This is the argument we heard from the delegates, so one of the most anti-productive laws in the country is the same value added tax law, while the Tax Administration is not the culprit in this regard either.
"The bottleneck that has to solve the problem is busy," said Emami Amin. I told some deputies that half of you would not be approved, so please do something for the people, but the matter has passed in the House, and I am unlikely to know how to amend the law in this House.
He added: The concern of our producers is the concern of the Tehran governorate. In terms of value added tax, the banking system that took away the father of production, or things like the one hundred and twenty kilometers radius, we are the governing bodies in hand and foot, and we do not accept each other, that is, they do not all move along. , But they are within the sovereignty, these are not self-indulgences, we are not out of the people if they give us a table in the credibility of these people.
