Cut off the speculators from the stone industry
The head of the central province's judiciary emphasized the need to cut the speculator's foot from the stone industry.
According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, Hojjatoleslam Qasim Abdollahi said this morning at a meeting of the Chief Justice of the Resistance Economy Department of Markazi province, which focused on the problems of Delijan production units in the city: Our debtors are activists in the field of stone mining. The brake problem in this industry must be eliminated, because it has created a dilemma.
He insisted that the speculators should be cut off from the stone industry, stating: "If it is cut, the problems of the miners and companies in this field will be solved."
Abdullahi said: "The production and work of jihad is real in the country and just as the jihadist must be supported and provided with the tools of jihad, the harassment of his work must also be removed." We have to deal with the popular protests in the mining field and any mining that has to be resolved can not be legislated and licensed and the killer affairs that have been licensed cannot be pursued.
He emphasized the importance of mining, and considered the normal transactions of mines as one of the main problems in court cases and said: "Normal documents have no recourse, the licensing of mines should be legal and formal and official transfers should be made." The government knows who it is with.
The Chief Justice of the Central Provincial Court emphasized that tax evasion is a crime and should be dealt with and that tax justice should be implemented, adding that tax authorities are obliged to observe tax justice.
He added that no one has the right to seize production machinery and raw materials for mines, adding: "Any labor dispute should be referred to dispute resolution councils." In this regard, a specialized council is set up to resolve disputes quickly and a judging chamber can also be set up in the city.
Regarding the environmental requirements that production units must meet, Abdullahi said that we are all responsible for water, soil and air: It is unfortunate that the isogam is produced and exported in the province but returned due to lack of the required standard. The future of Delijan should not be strained, it must be standardized and the filtration of industries and production units must take place.
According to the report, the deputy governor of economic affairs at the meeting also referred to the Delijan Industrial Complexes: "The status of these complexes is being studied in terms of management and pattern determination.
Saeed Farrokhi reiterated: In general despite all the difficulties there are good conditions in the province. Of course, there are several problem units in the province, but the number of problem units has been reduced so that at the end of November 1977 there were about 80 production units with arrears, and by the end of November 1398 the figure had dropped to 30 units. .
He added: "We are trying to coordinate all the executive devices to achieve a boom in production, and the more coordination and interaction we have, the more productive the problems will be.
