Build 200,000 affordable housing for workers
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development announced the construction of 200,000 low-cost housing units over the next three years and said he hoped the ministry's set of measures would help address the public's concerns about providing housing.
According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, Mohammad Islami at the signing ceremony of the Affordable Housing for Workers and Retirees, said: According to the agreement signed, a maximum of two hundred thousand housing for workers will be built within three years to qualify for housing conditions. .
He stated that the National Housing Action Plan is inclusive and widespread, targeting all sections of the community, noting the enrollment of two hundred and sixty thousand people in the National Housing Plan, saying: "Those who are not eligible for the plan will be eliminated and We put the construction of housing for qualified people on the agenda. Decades one, two and three are supported through support agencies, and Decades four to seven will be introduced to under construction projects.
Islami added: "The most important plan is to have the land used for construction within the city area to have the infrastructure and required superstructure."
He expressed hope that the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development's action plan would help ease the public's concerns about providing housing.
Islami also said the plan also includes seasonal workers and that they are also housed with the project.
