Mine advances in eliminating administrative parallelism
So this parallelism that we see in the country is a simple example of all the other parallelism that exists in different sectors like customs, environment and so on. I believe that unless we solve this problem, we cannot see progress in the field of mining and industry.
According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, administrative bureaucracy and the parallelism of offices for production and employment create many problems, and mining is no exception.
In the process, contrary to national production, which places particular emphasis on the growth of mineral processing and mining substitutes for oil, some are trying to impede economic growth through barriers, breaking laws and parallel work.
In fact, frequent circulars, grammar quotas, tax laws, parallelism of mining-related organizations all pose a major obstacle to the growth of mining activity. Thus, the administrative bureaucracy is the biggest obstacle in the way of production. If we are to act in the direction of the supreme leader, we must make every effort to remove this great obstacle.
For example, the Islamic Consultative Assembly passed a law to protect producers against the barriers to production, and it became clear that miners should be protected. Year 4 was introduced when a tax should be levied on producers or minerals when approved by the Supreme Tax and Economic Council.
Subsequently, according to the Supreme Economic Council resolution, the export of mineral raw materials was taxed on September 1 and declared that the law would not apply to previous years. But the tax office has completely taxed all companies since year one. Thus, although the law on the elimination of barriers to production was enacted, we saw in practice that the series of manufacturers faced serious problems due to a series of parallel operations.
So this parallelism that we see in the country is a simple example of all the other parallelism that exists in different sectors like customs, environment and so on. I believe that unless we solve this problem, we cannot see progress in the field of mining and industry.
