He continued: Although entrepreneurs do not intend to undermine workers' rights, employers must also be considered in this regard.

The head of the Kermanshah Chamber of Commerce stated that during the Dialogue Council meetings, approvals were adopted to alleviate the problems caused by difficult and harmful jobs, but these unenforceable approvals pointed out: Our request was also present when visiting employer representative units. And, furthermore, inform the employer prior to visiting the workshop or when the worker submits his or her application to the Committee on Occupational Safety and Health, as the employer is sometimes unaware of the matter until the final stages.

He said: "Some of the factors that make jobs difficult and harmful can be attributed to employers in the form of visits, but unfortunately we find that none of the problems that are there are mentioned to employers, but they are harsh and damaging. The worker is exported.

Farhad Marzieh, the secretary of the Kermanshah province's industry and mining ministry, also called for facilitating tough and harmful business laws, adding that this would have a huge financial burden on employers.

He added: "The financial burden of hard and harmful social security laws is also high, and a person who retires at the age of thirty-eight to forty and re-works elsewhere, in addition to receiving two salaries, replaces another labor force." Also occupies.

Border also called for more health center attendance to visit workshops to check on the difficult and harmful jobs situation.

Erfan Taherpour, a spokesman for the University of Medical Sciences, also said that all supervision and visits to hard and harmful jobs are based on the law, noting: Although our goal is to work with employers, it is never about the health of workers. We don't deal with anyone.

"Of course, our mission is to prevent accidents at work, not wait for something to happen to the workers and take action afterwards," he said.

According to Taherpour, however, the number of hard and harmful jobs in the province has declined in 1998 compared to 1397.

Hassan Azizi, Director General of Cooperative, Labor and Social Welfare of Kermanshah Province stated: Kermanshah province is one of the most difficult provinces in the field of hard and harmful jobs.

He continued: Seventy percent of appeals are in the preliminary committee and fifty percent in the appeals committee.

Azizi noted: Unfortunately, the death toll is particularly high in construction workshops and should be prevented.

Hedayat Hatami, deputy director of economic affairs at Kermanshah governorate, said that the proportion of hard and harmful jobs in Kermanshah province is higher than the national average, saying: "We should not allow the abuse of hard and harmful business laws to be a negative signal for the business environment." Become a province and ruin the image of entrepreneurs out of this space.

Hatami argues that the priority of law enforcement for hard and bad jobs should be to rectify and prevent problems in the factory environment.
