Criticism of the National Housing Plan Implementation
When is there so much housing in small and medium-sized cities in Iran? Explain clearly to the government what the reasons are for these restrictions.
Akbar Safarzadeh: Its construction and maintenance are so important in many countries around the world that these countries are willing to pass laws that protect foreigners who can buy houses in those countries, some To make them more attractive to foreigners, they have made it a law that anyone who purchases a home in these countries is granted a permanent residence, passport, visa and banking services at a 3% interest.
Obviously, the people of these countries, like us, do not like foreigners in their country and may even be a nuisance to them, but because business prosperity is a top priority in these countries, all laws are in favor of business prosperity. And business activity and export growth are regulated.
In many countries around the world, if you want to start a new business, the government lends you 4% in addition to free land. In most of these countries the land is almost worthless and the value of a building and property is determined by the building on which it is built. It is not like Iran that the land brokers and prosperity are so prosperous.
In Turkey, if you want to build a hotel, the government gives you four hundred percent in addition to free land. In China, if you register a manufacturing company, the banks are racing you for a 3 percent loan, and phone calls and borrowing from our bank; in South Africa, as I heard you build houses for the municipality You go and say I can grow one hectare of land. I have the money and the municipality gives you one hectare of land to build and kisses your hand to make one hectare of desert into home and green space.
In Iran, after years of trying to give people free land under the National Housing Plan, unfortunately, conditions have been set and restrictions have been imposed. They have imposed conditions that a person must be married and not use a bank loan and not be named in the house, not taken over by the government, and have been restricted to having a ceiling to carry out the scheme, for example, to only cover 400,000 people.
Both setting conditions and limiting them is contrary to the important principle of business prosperity. There is no reason to want to place a limit on this.
Assuming someone is crazy and wants to build a home in twenty cities in Iran; is it bad? Is it bad to assume that someone has a home in a city and wants to build a second home? Can't create a boom? In the small and medium-sized cities of this country, with so much land, why does the government delay and impose conditions? Is it better for people in a country to have two or three houses or be asleep or have a cartoon?
The sole task of the government is to create and provide infrastructure; to sufficiently divide residential and industrial land in small and medium-sized cities and to provide it to applicants and to provide them with water, electricity and gas.
If anyone asks for land, he says, "I will plant ten acres. The government should kiss their hands in addition to ten acres." One should kiss the hand of anyone who wants to build ten dwellings or twenty dwellings in twenty cities of Iran. Thanks to the person who is building the desert.
Some people in some Iranian cities who have registered for the National Housing Plan have reported that they have completed capacity within one hour and have failed to register.
When there is so much housing in small and medium-sized cities in Iran When is there so much land in small and medium-sized cities in Iran, why does the government limit it? Explain clearly to the government what the reasons are for these restrictions.
Another issue is the national architecture of the house and the need for a yard in these houses. Over the past few decades, due to the increasing housing stock, there has been a great deal of social, cultural and medical damage.
One case in point, according to available statistics and what the media has said, is that about eighty percent of Iranians have vitamin D deficiency. That is, they have not been exposed to enough sunlight while Iran is a sunny land and we are not deficient in vitamin D at all.
Vitamin D deficiency is the leading cause of cancer, osteoporosis and MS. The yard was the best and safest place for kids and women in the house to do many activities in the yard and were easily exposed to the sun;
