Eighty billion riyals have been invested in this unit, twenty-five billion riyals from Rural Development Plans and ten billion riyals from working capital facilities. The unit produces pasteurized milk with a daily input capacity of 30 tons, milk, yogurt, buttermilk, cheese and milk. The second phase, which will be pizza and white cheese production, requires about 30 billion rials of credit.
