The head of the Sarvad Department of Natural Resources and Watershed Management said: "The mine is being rebuilt on an acre of one and three hectares of mixed forest using oak, wild pear and hawthorn species that are adapted to the region's climate and environment."
He emphasized: Due to the presence of forest trees in this area, the restoration and revitalization of this mine will greatly help to restore ecological balance in the region.
Moradi said the project was funded by Article 17 of the Mines Reform Act, adding: One hundred and fifty million riyals were allocated for the restoration and reconstruction of the Dezli village stone mine.
The head of the Department of Natural Resources and Watershed Management of Sarabad emphasized: According to studies done in this project, the restoration of this mine only requires forestry because the level of destruction is not high and it does not require any construction operations.
He said: In mines where the level of destruction is high, restoration and restoration is carried out using excavation and dredging, then seeded or planted, so that the damaged area will be turned around and vegetation re-grown.
Dezli village is one of the forested villages within twenty-eight kilometers of Saroabad.
