The Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation manages the construction of hundreds of thousands of housing units in cities with a priority of cities with a population of less than one hundred thousand. Design Features

Bank loan facilities are paid at a rate of seventy-fifty million riyals at a rate of eighteen percent with a maximum two-year civil participation (construction) period and repayment of the facility in installment sales for ten years.
Provision of land in cities where available is subject to the rules and regulations of the National Land and Housing Organization.

Note: Due to government land restriction, applicants who are able to obtain a residential land use (a document called the applicant) and can obtain a building permit from the municipality and the bank to receive bank facilities will be given priority for bank loan facilities. .
In cities where the number of eligible applicants exceeds the quota, priority shall be given by computer draw.
Monitoring and information

With the final registration and receiving the tracking code, the applicant can track the status of all his / her work through the Abad system.
The status of the applicant is also informed at each stage of the registration process via SMS.
The identity information of the applicant and the dependents is controlled through the registration system.
The applicant does not receive land, housing and subsidy facilities through the Form C of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.
Applicants will be notified via SMS to log in to upload the image of the document and to announce the time of referral to the Housing Foundation Branches (to comply with the original documents).
In cities where registration is over capacity, applicants will be prioritized through a computerized draw system.

Steps to register a site

By selecting the confirmation option you will enter another page during which the ten steps of registration of the National Housing Plan should include information (city and place of residence / applicant details / family profile of the applicant including spouse and children / residence records in the city / financial liabilities / Desired property).
It is worth noting that the identity of the applicant and the dependent persons is checked through the registration system and that the applicant is not receiving any land, housing or subsidized facilities through the Form C of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.
At the last stage of registration of the National Housing Plan, you must pay twelve hundred and fifty thousand dollars through the electronic port as registration fee for the system. This amount is non-refundable.
