A member of the Presidency of the Islamic Consultative Assembly stated that the preliminary agreements for the construction of the city's paper mill had been obtained from the parliament and the Ministry of Industry and required the construction of the plant for initial investment in excess of one hundred billion USD. To be built by a company affiliated with the Ministry of Industry in the city that has agreed to build 50% of government investment in this state-owned factory, with a 50% investment by the public sector and the remaining 50% by a private sector investor. will be done.

Akbar Ranjbarzadeh added: In the absence of a private-sector investor, the government is planning to implement the plan through a necessary investment in the city through a company affiliated with the Ministry of Industry.

He pointed out that the construction of a stonepaper stone mill with a capacity of 20,000 tons in the city would directly create employment for seventy people and indirectly for two hundred people. These two paper units will be under construction with a total capacity of only 5,000 tons per year. The governor of Asadabad also noted the construction of a paper mill in the city as a major leap forward in the city's industry and noted: We support investors, especially indigenous investors, because of the construction of such a factory in the area. It will play an effective role in reducing the unemployment of the active manpower of the city, encouraging the establishment and investment of more investors in the various industrial fields.

Majid Darvishi, referring to the rich mines of Asadabad, stated: The launch of the stone mill along with other concentrate and pellet plants will have an effective role in increasing value added and preventing crude sales and mining for the city.

He said that the platform for industrialization of the city is provided in terms of land preparation and environmental considerations and Asad Abad is ready to invest and create large industrial projects, said: Currently several new investors intend to invest in the industrial city of this city. We need to increase the electricity infrastructure of these settlements in order to accommodate these investors. In this regard, 7 billion USD has been approved for the development of electricity infrastructure in Asadabad industrial town.

Derwishi said that to increase the power capacity of Asadabad Industrial City from four and a half to ten megawatts, a credit of more than seven billion tomans would be needed. This amount will be paid 50% by the Ministry of Industry through the Industrial Estate and the remaining 50% by the Ministry of Energy.

He said: Creating this infrastructure creates very good conditions in this town and providing infrastructure in the industrial town will increase our success in economic development and transform the region to attract investors in the city.

According to the report, the launch of such a large-scale project in addition to creating job opportunities in the industrial sector for the region's unemployed human resources will address some of the country's need for dependency on other countries. Senior city officials are hurrying to attract investors or bring the public sector to agree on the entire project as soon as possible.

Let's not forget that regardless of the economic aspect, the development of stone mills will have an effective role in replacing cellulosic paper and even plastic and nylon, and will prevent environmental pollution and tree cutting.
