Mohammad Rajabi Sales Manager of Diamond Sanat Khorasan Company in an exclusive interview with International Stone Exhibition of Iran stated: This production unit started in 1992 and is active in the production of drilling tools and mining machines.
"Our biggest problem is the supply of raw materials, for example the steel that is most consumed in our industry is currently fluctuating for no reason and the price is going up, diamonds, which are other consumables from China," he said. And we have a lot of problems with importing it.
"In the case of diamonds, in some cases, the Chinese customs are prevented from being cleared on the pretext that these parts are like military parts," he said. Diamond is not manufactured in Iran because its raw material is not in Iran.
He continued: Most of our customers are from Isfahan, Markazi, Tehran and Khorasan. We do not have direct export due to the difficulty of moving money, but intermediaries buy from us and export our products to Afghanistan and Pakistan.
