Sangab Azarshahr CEO: Our most important request from the government is to solve the problems related to currency transfer. Much of the downturn in stone mills is due to low exports, and if the problem is resolved one can hope for a recession in the stone industry.

Hassan Shadbeh, CEO of Sangab Azarshahr Company, in an exclusive interview with Iran International Stone Exhibition stated: The privilege of exploiting six mines located in East Azerbaijan and managing two stone mills, one in Shahid Salimi Industrial City and the other in Shams Abad, Tehran This is the company.

He added: Green marble, Azarshahr red travertine known as Soraya, Azarshahr Limo travertine, Azarshahr silvery are some of the mines of this company.

He said: "Due to the difficulties in money transfer we cannot export directly and this is mainly done through intermediaries who are able to transfer money to the country."

"Our most important request from the government is to solve the problems related to currency transfers," he said. Much of the downturn in stone mills is due to low exports, and if the problem is resolved one can hope for a recession in the stone industry.

"The government now insists that it is not for sale. We need modern and modern machinery to process standard stone and export stone, and there must be liquidity to supply these devices, and the banks must be liquid," he said. With the loans and facilities that some banks provide with 18% interest, production cannot be done.

He pointed out that the liquidity needed to supply modern and sophisticated machinery should be provided by low-profit banks in order to form standard and export processing and, God willing, export the processed stones.

He noted: There are about one hundred and eighty workers in the company. If exports boom, we can increase the number of workers.

He continued: Most of our coupons are in Tehran and Isfahan, and the city has very few shopping places. Neighborhood city and Nimruz city are clear stones.
