Export problems as narrated by Amir Abbas Emadi Far
CEO of Alpine Trading Company: One of our biggest problems in export is the price change of slab stones. Unfortunately, there is no fixed price in this area and some factories are constantly changing their prices.
Amir Abbas Emadifar, CEO of Alpine Trading Company in an exclusive interview with Iran International Stone Exhibition stated: I have been working in the field of mining and trading industry for about thirteen years. The company was started about six years ago and is specialized in the stone industry trading.
He added: "We used to work only in the field of stone trading but we also added stone slabs to the collection activities last year." We have also been working on the black marble quarry mine for some time, located in Isfahan province.
He said: "For about two years now, we have no export of coupons due to problems with the export of the coupe. Moving money from other countries to Iran has become very difficult and shipping has its own problems.
"We are currently focusing on exporting slabs and processed stones, and we hope the government will solve the problems of money transfer and shipping," he said.
He continued: One of our biggest problems in export is the price change of slab stones. Unfortunately, there is no fixed price in this area and some factories are constantly changing their prices.
"This is not an easy task to do with exports; exports need stability and mutual trust and commitment to the contract, and new international customers cannot be offered a new price every day," he said.
