Mohammad Honarmand: Remove Czech from the Iranian economy
Managing Director of Pad Sepahan Mining and Rubber Industries Company: Many of our problems would have been solved if the Czech economy had been eliminated. If there is no check, sales go to cash, which is a good thing for us producers.
Mohammad Honarmand Managing Director of Pad Sepahan Mining and Rubber Industries Company in an exclusive interview with Iran Stone International Exhibition stated: The company started its activities twenty years ago and is active in the field of rubber parts manufacturing for industrial use.
He added: "About eight years ago we came into this area due to the huge needs of the mining industry for industrial tires and we are now producing polished tires and laminated granite and marble wires." There are thirty-two workers in the company, and we have no plans to increase our workforce due to problems in the industry.
He said: About 50 percent of the company's raw materials are made from abroad. Our main problem is that we buy raw materials at high prices and cash, but our sales are mostly in installments, unlike the rest of the world where the producer with the help of the Bank buys raw materials in installments and sells them in cash.
"Electricity costs are very high, banks do not provide cheap facilities and checks remain our biggest problem," he continued. If the Czech economy were eliminated, many of our problems would be solved. If there is no check, sales go to cash, which is a good thing for us producers.
