Provide free land to artisans
Behzazan CEO: The biggest help the government can give to the industry is to give free land to artisans.
Akbar Rafiei, CEO of Behzazan Company, in an exclusive interview with Iran Stone Exhibition stated: I have been involved in the production of stone cutting machinery for about thirty years and the company has been operating its slab production line for about five years. This machine is not a duplicate, and we designed it all from zero to one hundred.
"The difference between this machine and the exterior specs is that the external machines often move along the shoulder gear, but the machines we produce are in the timing belt," he said. The car is priced at one billion seven hundred and fifty million tomans, about a quarter of the exterior.
He said: Supplying parts and supplies needed from abroad, money transfers, lack of liquidity for production and customs are one of our biggest problems in manufacturing. We are producers and should not be taxed. In some cases we see some banks lending to import foreign machinery, which is really unfortunate.
He added: "For the present prosperity, we have also put in installment sales customers and buyers can check for twenty-four months." Most of our sales have been in Shams Abad, Tehran, Isfahan and Mahallat.
He noted that the cost of importing raw materials and materials is very high at the moment. I buy a piece from Korea and go to France and enter France because I have a person in France who does it for me and there is no person in Korea, so I have to pay three times for customs This raises the price of goods for no reason.
"The place where I work is a rental," he said. "After thirty years of work, I still haven't been able to find a permanent place for myself." The biggest contribution the government can make to the industry is to give free land to artisans.
