The supply of raw materials is the most important problem of multiwire production
Managing Director of Sepahan Novin Company: Our main problem is in the production of imported raw materials, for example hydraulic valves, rubber raw materials and diamond wire, which are both imported and have high prices and have many problems importing them.
Akbar Bagheri, Managing Director of Novin Tarat Sepahan Company, in an exclusive interview with Iran Stone Exhibition stated: I have been involved in the production of sandblasting machines such as Saab, Peak and Crane for about ten years. We have been producing twenty wires for one year. This machine is the best tool for cutting granite stones and has been very successful so far.
"The device does almost all of the saw work, but it can be said to be more advanced than the saw, cutting speed on soft rocks like travertine and marble is four times the saw, a cost of one billion dollars," he said. And it is two hundred and fifty million tomans and has a one year warranty.
He said: "External similar to this device is about four billion dollars and in terms of quality we can say that this device is similar to external. We have sold two machines since production, both of which were satisfied buyers; one was sold in Isfahan and one in Mahmoud Abad.
"Our main problem is in the production of imported raw materials, for example, hydraulic valves, rubber raw materials and diamond wire, all of which are imported and have both high prices and many problems with imports," he said.
